"Evenimentul, desfasurat pe singurul aerodrom privat din Romania, este un prilej in sine de a incerca sa dinamizam domeniul aviatiei private din tara noastra", spun organizatorii. Manifestarea este conceputa a avea doua parti. Prima, realizata pentru public, include doua demonstartii aeriene: dimineata la Costinesti si dupa-amiaza la aerodromul Tuzla, cu salturi cu parasuta si acrobatii aeriene multiple. Cea de-a doua parte este adresata participantilor cu aeronave: dupa pleacarea publicului si pana la inceperea Hangar Party este programata o discutie privind problemele evolutiei domeniului aviatiei generale in Romania. Urmeaza Hangar Party pe aerodromul Tuzla, apoi un raliu aerian pe marginea plajei pana spre Delta si inapoi. Pentru Public si participanti pe aerodromul Tuzla va mai exista o expozitie cu vanzare unde fiecare expozant va avea un mic cort si isi va prezenta oferta. Nu lipseste nici concursul cu premii, care se va organiza pe plaja din Costinesti. Participanti vor fi toti turistii de pe plaja. Concursul va fi jurizat de Dorin Ivascu, presedintele Regional Air Services. Va fi premiata cea mai buna fotografie facuta de turisti parasutistilor. Nu este vorba de finalizarea lucrarilor la Autostrada Soarelui, nici de inaugurarea vreunui tren de mare viteza. Incepand cu acest an, romanii mai instariti au la dispozitie taxiuri aeriene. Mai exact, o serie de avioane de mici dimensiuni care decoleaza de pe aeroportul Baneasa, iar dupa o ora ajung pe cel din Tuzla, judetul Constanta.&lt;br /&gt;Nicicand drumul catre Litoral nu a fost mai usor. Turistii pot privi linistiti de la o altitudine de 2.000 de metri, la 300 de km/h, cum ii lasa in urma pe soferii care merg “bara la bara” pe drumul inca in constructie, catre statiunile de la Marea Neagra. Ora de zbor porneste de la 200 de euro&lt;br /&gt;La o ora de cand au decolat de pe aeroportul Baneasa, din Capitala, ei coboara pe aerodromul din Tuzla, de unde sunt preluati de microbuze sau masini pana la hotelurile de pe Litoral, unde au rezervare. Pretul unei astfel de calatorii este conditionat de numarul de locuri disponibile in avion. Aparatele pot duce de la 2 la 6 persoane. Astfel, pretul variaza intre 200 si 600 de euro pentru ora de zobr.Daca tinem cont, totusi, de ambuteiajele frecvente create la Poarta Alba, in ultima saptamana, de lucrarile de reabilitare a carosabilului, unde se poate astepta si pana la doua ore pentru reluarea traficului, zborul cu avionul Piper Seneca, al companiei “Regional air” este mai mult decat avantajos. Compania, condusa de Dorin Ivascu si un asociat, a primit anul acesta licenta pentru taxi aerian. Cei doi s-au orientat catre o baza aeriana utilitara din Tuzla, pe care au si cumparat-o pana la urma, in 1999. “Acolo existau o serie de avioane mici, utilitare. De la parasutisti pana la piloti experimentati, cu totii au aratat ca scoala de aviatie sportiva romaneasca isi merita renumele.Spectacolul aerian de la Costinesti a adunat, inca de la primele ore ale diminetii, mii de turisti. Ei au stat cu ochii atintiti pe cer ore-n sir ca sa nu piarda nici una din evolutiile sportivilor de la Aeroclubul Romaniei. Festivitatea a fost deschisa cu cateva zeci de acrobatii executate de aparate de zbor usoare, la doar 50 de metri deasupra plajei. Cu toate ca vantul a ridicat unele probleme, pilotii si-au demonstrat maiestria, spre deliciul publicului, chiar si in aceste conditii. Urmatoarea atractie au fost parasutistii. Primul salt, facut de trei dintre cei mai experimentati saritori din Romania, a excelat printr-o coborare suprapusa de la aproape 500 de metri inaltime. O executie dificila, care a lasat turistii cu gurile cascate. "Nu mai am cuvinte. Este pentru prima oara cand vad asa ceva si am ramas foarte placut impresionata. Cred ca in zilele urmatoare voi incerca si eu un salt in tandem", a declarat Ramona, in varsta de 45 de ani, din Sibiu. Aceleasi senzatii au fost impartasite si de cei zece parasutisti care au aterizat in mijlocul plajei de la Costinesti. Ei spun ca au fost ajutati foarte mult de conditiile meteo, care le-au permis executarea unor acrobatii mai speciale.Cu ochii pe cerLa scurt timp dupa ce au fost stranse parasutele, pe cerul Costinestiului si-a facut aparitia cea mai buna echipa de acrobati aerieni romani. Picajele si patrularile in formatie la joasa inaltime, combinate cu diverse miscari indraznete, au amutit masa de oameni ce se afla pe plaja. Nici patrularile, in timpul carora intre aripile avioanelor era o distanta de numai cativa metri, nu au fost usoare. "Este greu sa stai lipit unul de altul in briza marii, cu aceste turbulente verticale", sustine Constantin Voicu. Show-ul aerian a continuat si dupa-amiaza deasupra aerodromului Tuzla, acolo unde s-au adunat cateva sute de spectatori impresionati de ceea ce vazusera cu cateva ore inainte pe plaja. Nici de aceasta data pilotii si parasutistii nu i-au dezamagit. Cei mai norocosi au avut ocazia sa sara de la 1.000 de metri cu parasuta, in tandem. Totodata, ei au putut studia de aproape cele cateva zeci de aparate Extra 300, Yac 52, Diamod, AN2 si Vilga, care i-au incantat cu abilitatile acrobatice. "Evenimentul, desfasurat pe singurul aerodrom privat din Romania, este un prilej in sine de a incerca sa dinamizam domeniul aviatiei private din tara noastra", spun organizatorii. Manifestarea este conceputa a avea doua parti. Prima, realizata pentru public, include doua demonstartii aeriene: dimineata la Costinesti si dupa-amiaza la aerodromul Tuzla, cu salturi cu parasuta si acrobatii aeriene multiple. Cea de-a doua parte este adresata participantilor cu aeronave: dupa pleacarea publicului si pana la inceperea Hangar Party este programata o discutie privind problemele evolutiei domeniului aviatiei generale in Romania. Urmeaza Hangar Party pe aerodromul Tuzla, apoi un raliu aerian pe marginea plajei pana spre Delta si inapoi. Pentru Public si participanti pe aerodromul Tuzla va mai exista o expozitie cu vanzare unde fiecare expozant va avea un mic cort si isi va prezenta oferta. Nu lipseste nici concursul cu premii, care se va organiza pe plaja din Costinesti. Participanti vor fi toti turistii de pe plaja. Concursul va fi jurizat de Dorin Ivascu, presedintele Regional Air Services. Va fi premiata cea mai buna fotografie facuta de turisti parasutistilor. Acestea sunt câteva din senzaţiile pe care le-a trăit reporterul Adevărul în timpul săriturii cu paraşuta. La Aerodromul Tuzla puteţi încerca, de departe, cea mai intensă şi mai interesantă distracţie de pe litoral: saltul cu paraşuta în tandem cu instructorul. Nu e loc de frică, pentru că Adi Constandache, instructorul de salt în tandem, are 1.700 de lansări şi îşi ia toate măsurile de siguranţă înainte de salt. Un salt în tandem costă 150 de euro, iar dacă senzaţia extraordinară pe care o veţi avea nu vă este suficientă, puteţi cere ca saltul să fie filmat, pentru 25 de euro. Cursurile pentru şcoala de paraşutism costă tot 150 de euro şi durează trei zile. Preţul poate părea piperat, dar dacă o să faceţi o comparaţie atentă cu preţul celorlalte distracţii de pe litoral, o să vedeţi că merită. Mai ales că încercaţi ceva ce nu foarte mulţi oameni se încumetă să facă: să zboare, să fie lângă nori.Adrenalină, multă adrenalină şi privelişti uimitoareDupă ce se stabileşte că saltul va avea loc, urmează o pregătire de jumătate de oră, în care se prezintă pe scurt echipamentul. Apoi, urmează echiparea. Pentru saltul în tandem se foloseşte un ham care va fi legat, ferm, dar nu sufocant, în patru puncte, de hamul instructorului care poartă paraşuta. La instructaj afli că pentru săritură tot ceea ce trebuie să faci este să ajuţi puţin instructorul la părăsirea avionului şi apoi să păstrezi o anumită poziţie pe toată durata saltului. Nu este deloc complicat, mai ales că se exersează la sol atât procedura de ieşire, cât şi poziţia de cădere. La ieşire, trebuie să te faci mic, pentru ca şi instructorul, legat de tine, să poată ieşi pe uşa de 1.50 m a avionului. După instructaj, urmează urcarea spre avion. Zgomotul elicei este atât de puternic încât abia îi poţi auzi pe cei din jur. După câteva minute, avionul începe să ruleze spre capătul pistei. Părăsirea pământului este atât de lină, încât nici nu îţi dai seama când anume părăseşti solul. De sus, priveliştea este extrem de frumoasă. Până la 3.000 de metri, înălţimea de la care urmează săritura, se văd imagini superbe ale mării sau ale epavei de la Costineşti şi ale plajelor, unde umbrelele par nişte puncte, iar oamenii, nişte furnici. Linia ţărmului oferă şi ea imagini superbe. Paraşuta se deschide după 43 de secundeÎnainte de săritură eşti legat de instructor, după 2-3 minute uşa avionului se deschide, simţi vântul bătând cu putere şi... sari. Primele secunde sunt buimăcitoare. Viteza este mare, presiunea aerului, la fel, adrenalina curge valuri şi abia după 10 secunde îţi dai seama că zbori. După 43 de secunde, care totuşi par mult mai scurte, se deschide paraşuta şi începe partea a doua a saltului, plutirea lină spre aterizare. Deşi nu se compară cu senzaţiile pe care ţi le poate da căderea liberă, priveliştile rămân uimitoare, iar adrenalina continuă la maxim. Se apropie aterizarea. Nu trebuie să vă îngrijoraţi, căci se coboară lin.
